At IQRA Network, we follow a structured and transparent hiring process to ensure the selection of top talent. Once your resume is submitted, the following steps take place:

  1. Initial Resume Screening: The HR team reviews your CV to ensure it meets the required qualifications.

  2. Interview Process: If shortlisted, you will be contacted for 2 to 3 interviews, which may include a technical interview, behavioral interview, and a final interview with leadership.

  3. Contract Stage: Upon successfully passing all interviews, you will receive an official offer and employment contract for review and signature.
