At IQRA Network, we believe in maintaining a healthy balance between work and rest through a structured and flexible leave policy:
Weekly Breaks: Teachers are allowed up to two days off per week as a regular break, provided it doesn’t conflict with class schedules.
Annual Leave: Teachers are entitled to 20 paid vacation days per year, to be scheduled with prior approval and coordination with the academic team.
Leave requests must be submitted through the Dashboard and officially approved to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid disruption to students.
