At IQRA Network, we are committed to delivering a stable, professional learning experience. Maintaining consistent class schedules is a cornerstone of our educational philosophy and is crucial for achieving tangible progress and positive learning outcomes.
Therefore, any change to a class duration (either increase or decrease) or rescheduling must follow these strict guidelines, and the number of allowed rescheduling instances shall not exceed 12 times per month:
Must be due to a valid and exceptional reason, such as an emergency or special agreement with the student.
Prior coordination with the Support Team through any official channel (email – WhatsApp – Dashboard ticket) to formally record the change in our system.
Clear approval from the student or their guardian must be obtained before applying any changes.
Teachers must fully compensate for any reduced time, as student time is a paid service and an educational trust.
Any adjustments made outside of these rules will be considered a violation of IQRA’s policies, negatively impacting the teacher’s performance evaluation and may result in penalties according to the Compliance Department regulations.
We strongly encourage teachers to maintain high levels of professionalism and communicate with the Support Team in case of emergencies, while adhering to class time commitments to ensure a high-quality, reliable educational experience.
