The most common problem is when activating the zoom link, you are given an option to Join with Computer Audio or not, you need to click the green button shown below. You also may choose the check box below to request that zoom automatically joins the audio next time.

If you are already in the meeting, you can fix the problem by maximizing the zoom window then moving the mouse on the screen. You will see a microphone on the bottom left corner. Press on the arrow next to it and select the right microphone and speaker.

Also, make sure your speaker and microphone aren't muted, If the problem is still ongoing,please try to use another microphone or use the laptop's mic directly.
