At IQRA Network, assigning students to teachers follows a well-defined system that ensures both fairness and educational quality. If you've submitted a request to add students and haven't received any yet, please review the following factors:

1. Teacher's Responsibilities:

  • Open Availability: You must have at least 5 hours of availability per day, spread across multiple days of the week.

  • Peak Times: Prioritize high-demand hours such as afternoon and evening (Makkah time).

  • Teaching Multiple Subjects: If you are qualified to teach more than one syllabus (Quran, Tajweed, Arabic, or Islamic Studies), your chance of getting assigned new students increases significantly.

  • Flexibility with Age Groups: Your ability to teach various age levels (kids, teens, adults) makes you more eligible for quick assignments.

  • Positive Track Record: Attendance, professionalism, and strong evaluations play a key role in student allocation.

2. Administrative Coordination:

  • Mentor Review: Your Mentor reviews your schedule, current load, and desired goals.

  • Internal Coordination: The Mentor works with the Registration and Academic teams to match you with suitable students.

  • Personalized Recommendations: You will receive advice on ideal time slots to open and tips to improve your teaching profile.

  • Ongoing Follow-Up: Your Mentor will continuously support your growth and help you reach your student target efficiently.

Important Note: If more than two weeks have passed without any student being added, and you believe you've met all criteria, please contact your Mentor directly for a strategic review and resolution.
