At IQRA Network, we are committed to fair, transparent, and performance-based evaluations that foster professional growth. If you believe that your evaluation was unjust or inaccurate, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Step 1: Contact Your Mentor First
Your assigned Mentor is the primary evaluator responsible for monitoring your teaching performance and guiding your development.
Kindly request a clarification on the evaluation results, ask for detailed feedback, and inquire about improvement areas or expectations.

  2. Step 2: Escalate to the Compliance Department
If your mentor refuses to respond, does not provide clear justification, or if the evaluation appears biased, you may formally escalate your concern to the Compliance Department.
    Your complaint should include:

    • A clear explanation of your concern.

    • Evidence of previous communication attempts with your mentor.

    • Any supporting documentation that highlights potential errors or inconsistencies in the evaluation.

  3. Important IQRA Notes

    • Performance evaluations are meant to support your growth, not penalize you.

    • Evaluations are based on clear criteria including lesson quality, syllabus adherence, punctuality, communication, and responsiveness to feedback.

    • IQRA is committed to resolving all concerns respectfully and professionally, but only considers complaints that follow proper communication channels and present valid evidence.

- Our aim is to ensure every teacher feels valued, heard, and empowered in their role. We encourage direct, respectful dialogue before escalating any concern.
