At IQRA Network, we take great care to ensure that each student is placed at the correct learning level. Prior to enrollment, every student undergoes an initial evaluation, followed by a customized study plan designed in coordination with the Academic Advisor. However, there may be instances where it becomes necessary to adjust the student’s level, either based on educational observations, the student’s request, or the teacher’s professional insight.

In such cases, the teacher must follow these steps carefully:

  1. Submit a Ticket via the Dashboard under the category “Syllabus Adjustment / Addition” and include:

    • The current syllabus code and level.

    • The proposed new syllabus code and level.

    • Clear justification for the change, supported by academic evidence (e.g., difficulties in comprehension, performance notes, in-class evaluation results, etc.).

  1. Academic Review (within 48 hours):

    • The assigned Academic Advisor will evaluate the request and determine the appropriateness of the proposed change based on the student’s profile and study hours.

  2. If Approved:

    • The Academic Advisor will officially approve and apply the new syllabus.

    • Parents will be informed of the change, the newly required study hours, and any adjustments in the schedule or fees.

    • The update will be reflected on the IQRA Dashboard, and the teacher will be notified accordingly.

🔹 Important Notes:

  • Teachers are not authorized to make any changes to the student’s syllabus without formal approval from the Academic Advisor.

  • If there is a delay in receiving a response, the teacher may follow up by sending a message through the Dashboard system.

At IQRA Network, we value the teacher’s role in identifying student needs and ensuring they progress confidently and effectively through our academic programs.
