If a teacher needs to inquire about a student’s curriculum, level, or learning path, please follow these steps:
Submit a message to the Support Team through the ticket system on the Dashboard.
The support team will forward the inquiry to the Academic Advisor responsible for that student.
The advisor will follow up directly with the teacher and clarify all curriculum-related details, such as the student’s current level, study plan, and evaluation notes if applicable.
- This ensures organized communication and accurate responses from the person most familiar with the student’s progress.
