In case a student misses a session due to teacher absence, technical issues, or an emergency, IQRA Network provides a structured way to officially request a make-up lesson, ensuring academic continuity.
Steps to follow:
Coordinate with the student to agree on the new lesson time.
Submit a support ticket via the Dashboard to the support team, including:
Student’s full name as registered.
Original class date.
New rescheduled class date and time.
Reason for make-up class.
Duration of the lesson (30/45/60 minutes).
The support team will verify the request with the Academic Advisor before officially adding the class to both schedules.
Important: A make-up lesson is only counted if it is added officially through the system. Do not conduct the class until you receive formal approval.
