At IQRA Network, we apply a fair and transparent payroll system that protects teacher rights and maintains instructional consistency:

  • If a student is absent without prior notice: The lesson is fully counted and paid to the teacher as if it was conducted.

  • During official holidays (Eid Al-Fitr & Eid Al-Adha): All lessons are removed from teacher and student schedules, and those sessions are not included in the monthly payment.

  • If a lesson is canceled in advance: The session is not counted, and proper documentation is managed through the support team.

This approach ensures fairness while appreciating the teacher’s time and commitment.
