Students are automatically added to Google Chat by the support team, provided that their subscription plan includes this feature. This ensures smooth and continuous communication between the student and the teacher within IQRA’s interactive learning environment.
If the student hasn’t been added yet:
Submit a support ticket via the Dashboard.
In most cases, the invitation has already been sent, and the student simply hasn’t accepted it yet.
If the student’s plan doesn’t include Google Chat, the support team will clarify that.
Always use the formal support ticket system for prompt and accurate assistance.
Note: Google Chat is an essential support tool activated only for eligible student plans to maintain IQRA’s high standard of digital classroom communication.
