At IQRA Network, we record lessons for one primary reason: to ensure the highest standards of teaching quality, safety, and professional conduct for your child. This recording process is a cornerstone of our professional development and Quality Assurance (QA) program, allowing us to support our teachers and deliver an exceptional learning experience in every session.

Your privacy is paramount. As we've detailed in our gender-matching policy, this internal review process is always handled with the utmost respect. Lessons for female students are reviewed exclusively by female QA Mentors, and lessons for male students are reviewed by male QA Mentors.

How Our Quality Assurance Process Works

Our dedicated QA Mentors are experts in online learning, teaching methods, and curriculum standards. They do not watch every lesson. Instead, our system provides them with a randomized pool of lessons to review each day. This unbiased system ensures consistent oversight across our entire faculty.

During a review, the QA Mentor assesses the lesson against a comprehensive quality scorecard. This allows us to provide specific, constructive feedback to our teachers, celebrate their strengths, and identify areas for further training.

Our Comprehensive Quality Scorecard

Our mentors evaluate lessons across several key categories to ensure every session meets our high standards:

  • Technical Quality:

    • Internet & Audio: Is the connection stable and the audio crystal clear?

    • Video Feed: Is the camera on and the appearance professional?

  • Professional Conduct:

    • Punctuality & Time Management: Did the lesson start and end on time? Was the class time used effectively?

    • Classroom Environment: Is the teacher dressed appropriately, sitting with moderation, and fully focused on the student without distractions?

  • Teaching Excellence & Engagement:

    • Preparation & Explanation: Is the material well-prepared? Are explanations simplified and easy to understand?

    • Student Interaction: Is the teacher encouraging? Do they give the student ample chance to participate, ask questions, and make mistakes in a supportive environment?

    • Clarity & Language: Is the teacher speaking clearly and using language appropriate for the student's level?

    • Assignments: Are homework assignments clear, appropriate, and reviewed effectively?

This detailed, ongoing feedback loop is how we guarantee that your child's teacher is not just qualified, but is consistently delivering the world-class education you expect from IQRA Network. Recordings may also be used to help address any specific concerns you raise about a lesson.
