At IQRA Network, our policies are designed to be flexible for our students while also respecting the professional time and schedules of our dedicated teachers. We view our lessons as professional appointments, similar to those with a doctor or specialist.
To manage your schedule effectively, we strongly recommend using the IQRA Network mobile app. It is the fastest and most reliable way to make timely changes to your lessons.
The 4-Hour Notice Rule
This is the most important rule for all scheduling changes. To be eligible for any refund or reschedule credit, you must cancel your lesson at least 4 hours before its scheduled start time.
To ensure your cancellation is logged instantly and correctly, the best method is to use the IQRA Network app. You can also use the student dashboard on our website. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice cannot be processed and are not eligible for a refund or credit, regardless of your plan.
Policy on Teacher Cancellations
If your teacher cancels a lesson at any time, you will always receive a full credit for that session, regardless of your subscription plan. This credit will be automatically applied to your account.
Refund and Reschedule Policy by Student Plan
Your eligibility for refunds or to reschedule a class you cancel (with more than 4 hours' notice) depends on your subscription plan.
Elite Plan
Refunds/Cancellations: You may cancel up to 3 lessons per month for a full credit.
Rescheduling: You have unlimited reschedules per month.
Pro Plan
Refunds/Cancellations: You may cancel up to 1 lesson per month for a full credit.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 4 lessons per month.
Essentials Plan
Refunds/Cancellations: This plan is not eligible for refunds or credits for student-cancelled lessons.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 2 lessons per month.
Simple Plan
Refunds/Cancellations: This plan is not eligible for refunds or credits for student-cancelled lessons.
Rescheduling: This plan uses a fixed schedule and is not eligible for rescheduling.
