Contact Your Mentor First:
Your mentor is your direct supervisor for academic and administrative matters. They are responsible for supporting your development and resolving issues that may arise during your teaching journey.
How to Submit a Complaint:
You can submit your concern via the internal messaging system on your teacher Dashboard. Please make sure to select the appropriate message category and maintain a professional tone.
How to Write the Message:
Use a clear subject line (e.g., Salary Delay – Schedule Error – Classroom Issue).
Provide a concise and specific explanation of the issue.
If the complaint involves a student, please include the student’s full name as listed in the Dashboard.
Follow-Up Process:
The Support Team will review the message.
If the issue falls within their responsibility, they will resolve it directly.
If it requires academic or administrative escalation, it will be forwarded to your assigned Mentor.
If the concern is about your mentor or unresolved after contacting them, it will be automatically forwarded to the Compliance Department for formal review.
