To cancel a scheduled lesson on the IQRA Dashboard (the number of permitted lesson cancellations shall not exceed 5 times monthly), please follow these steps carefully to ensure the process is documented properly:
Log in to your Dashboard and click on the lesson you wish to cancel from your calendar.
Click on the three dots next to the lesson details and select “Cancel Lesson.”
A confirmation window will appear. Select the reason for cancellation from the provided options and add any relevant notes if needed.
Click the "Cancel Lesson" button to confirm the cancellation.
The student will be automatically notified by the system. However, it is recommended to inform the student directly for better communication.
Important Notes:
Late cancellations without valid reasons may negatively affect your professional evaluation.
Prior coordination with the student is mandatory. In emergency cases, please inform the support team immediately.
Repeated cancellation issues may lead to deductions as per the teacher's policy.
