If you’re unable to join your Zoom class, please follow these steps immediately:
Go to your Teacher Dashboard.
Submit an urgent support ticket to the Technical Support Team, clearly stating:
• Class time.
• Student name.
• Exact issue (link not working, internet issue, error message...).Avoid repeated attempts before reporting the issue, as this may delay resolution and affect your attendance record.
Check your internet connection and device, and use a backup connection or device if available.
