We understand that you are eager to start your lesson on time. If you log in and see a message that your teacher is in another meeting, or if they have not joined within a minute or two of the scheduled start time, please don't worry. This is almost always due to them wrapping up a previous back-to-back lesson.

Please follow these simple steps to resolve the situation.

Step 1: Please Wait 3-5 Minutes

Our teachers often have lessons scheduled back-to-back. It is common for them to need an extra moment to conclude their previous class and transition to yours. Please remain in the Zoom session for at least 3 to 5 minutes after your scheduled start time. In most cases, your teacher will join shortly. You will be compensated for any missed time.

Step 2: Contact Your Teacher Directly (For Pro & Elite Plan Students)

If you are enrolled in our Pro or Elite plans, you have direct access to your teacher via Google Chat. This is the quickest way to check in.

  • How to Use Google Chat: Simply send a brief, polite message to your teacher, such as, "Asalam Alikum, just letting you know I'm in the Zoom waiting for our lesson." This will notify them directly in case they have lost track of time.

Step 3: Contact Our Central Support Team

If more than 5 minutes have passed and you cannot reach your teacher (or if you are on our Essentials or Simple plans), please contact our main support team immediately. We have staff ready to assist you and will promptly investigate the teacher's status.

You can reach our Support Team through any of these channels:

When you contact support, please provide your name and the student's name so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Our team will resolve the issue or help you reschedule if necessary.
