We are here to help! To ensure you get the fastest and most accurate response, please use the following guide to contact us for inquiries or manage your lesson schedule.


For General Questions and Support

For any general questions, technical issues, or account assistance, please use one of the following methods. Our team monitors these channels closely and will respond within 24 hours, though often much sooner depending on peak times.

1. Live Chat (Recommended Method) The best way to reach us is via the live chat feature on our website or your student dashboard. Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to start a conversation with our support team.

2. Email You can send us an email at [email protected]. Please include your name and the student's name so we can assist you efficiently.

3. WhatsApp (For a More Immediate Response) If your inquiry is more urgent, you can message us directly on WhatsApp.


To Reschedule or Cancel a Lesson

For all scheduling changes, the required and most efficient method is to use our self-service tools. This ensures the changes are logged instantly and accurately in your account.
