How to Cancel Your Subscription and Close Your Account

We are sorry to see you go and hope to serve you again in the future. This guide explains the process and policies for canceling your recurring subscription and closing your account with IQRA Network.


Step 1: Submit Your Official Cancellation Request

To begin the cancellation process, you must send a formal request to our support team via email. This is the only accepted method for account closure.

  • Required Information: Please include your full name and the student's name in your email to ensure we can process your request accurately.


Step 2: Understanding Your Final Billing Cycle

As outlined in our Terms of Service, cancellations take effect at the end of your current, paid billing cycle.

  • What this means: After you submit your cancellation request, your subscription will remain active until the last day of your current 28-day billing period. You are encouraged and entitled to attend all scheduled lessons that you have already paid for within this final cycle.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not issue prorated refunds for any unused portion of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles after your cancellation takes effect.


Step 3: Policy on Outstanding Lessons

For any lessons that were paid for within your final billing cycle but were not taken, you have 30 days from the official account closure date to complete them.

  • Scheduling Make-Up Lessons: These make-up classes can be scheduled with an available teacher at your previously scheduled times or at other times, depending on teacher availability.

  • Forfeiture Policy: It is the student's responsibility to schedule these final lessons. If you fail to schedule and complete these outstanding lessons within the 30-day window, they are considered forfeited.
