This article explains how our automatic payment system works and clarifies our refund policy regarding automatic charges. To ensure uninterrupted service and for the convenience of our students, our system is set to automatically pay your recurring invoices using the payment method on file.
How Autopay is Enabled and Managed
For your security, IQRA Network does not store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through our secure gateway, Stripe.
When you make your initial payment, you are given the choice to save your information for future automatic payments. The system defaults to "on" for your convenience.
To disable autopay, you must uncheck the box that says "Pay future invoices automatically" during the checkout process.
If this box is left checked, our secure payment gateway (Stripe) saves your information, and you will be enrolled in autopay for your next billing cycle.
Refund Policy for Automatic Payments
Our policy is that we do not issue refunds for automatic payments. An autopay transaction is a legitimate payment that covers your subscription for the upcoming 28-day billing cycle, ensuring your lesson slot and teacher remain reserved for you.
If you were charged automatically but wished to cancel, please contact us immediately. While we cannot refund the charge, we will:
Immediately disable future automatic payments on your account.
Honor all the lessons you have paid for throughout the current billing cycle.
Process your request to cancel your subscription for the next billing cycle, ensuring you will not be charged again.

We encourage students to remain enrolled in autopay not only for convenience but also to be eligible for any available auto-payment discounts. It is the simplest way to ensure your payments are on time and your learning journey continues without interruption.
