Depending on the plan that you selected and who initiates the cancellation, you may be eligible for credits on your next invoice.

The policy is flexible enough for most students without compromising the schedule of our teachers. We respect both the time of our students and teachers like we respect appointments with doctors and professionals. When teachers experience excessive cancellations or late cancellations, their schedules remain occupied and IQRA is unable to allocate new students for them to compensate for the cancellations. The refund policy provides enough flexibility to our students without compromising teachers' schedules as follows.

(a) It is your responsibility to notify IQRA if you intend to cancel sessions. All requests MUST be submitted through the dashboard or emailed to [email protected] at least 4 hours before the start of the session(s) being cancelled.

Eligibility for a refund following cancellation is determined as follows:

1- If a teacher cancels a session, you are always eligible to receive a full refund for each such cancelled session, regardless of your chosen plan (Elite, Pro, Essential, or Simple).

2- If you cancel a session 4 hours or less before the session start time you will not be eligible for a refund for such cancelled session regardless of your chosen plan.

3- If you have an Elite plan you are eligible for up to three (3) refunds per calendar month for sessions which are cancelled by you more than four (4) hours before the start time of the session being cancelled. If you have an Elite plan you can reschedule an unlimited number of cancelled sessions per month provided that each rescheduled session is scheduled no more than ninety (90) days following the date of the original session.

4- If you have a Pro plan, you are eligible for up to one (1) refund per calendar month for sessions which are cancelled by you more than four (4) hours before the start time of the session being cancelled. If you have a Pro plan you can reschedule up to four (4) cancelled sessions per calendar month provided that each rescheduled session is scheduled no more than ninety (90) days following the date of the original session.

5 โ€“ If you have an Essentials or Simple plan you are not eligible for any refund(s) for sessions that are cancelled by you. If you have an Essentials plan you are entitled to reschedule a maximum of 2 sessions per month. If you have a Simple plan you are not entitled to reschedule any cancelled sessions.

If you are unable to make payments due to financial hardship, please contact [email protected] or call us at 1-855-477-2100. IQRA maintains a fund for sponsoring students who are going through financial hardship and depending on your circumstances, funds can be allocated towards your fees.
